Sarem Seyoum is graduate of Addis Ababa Science and Technology University with BSc Degree. At SAWE She is a program manager which involves managing a lot of programs. She has a remarkable blend of strategic vision, unwavering dedication, and deeply rooted empathy. She isn’t simply an administrator, but a passionate advocate who understands the intricate layers of challenges Ethiopian women face from economic disparities and limited access to education and healthcare, to deeply ingrained cultural norms and approaches her work with both sensitivity and a determined spirit. Highly organized and analytical, she expertly navigates complex logistical hurdles, manages budgets responsibly, and ensures meticulous program reporting, all while maintaining a laser focus on impact. However, her true strength lies in her ability to connect with women on a human level, fostering a safe and empowering environment where they feel seen, heard, and valued.
